About these terms

These terms apply when you use TechMon's tech support services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please get in touch before booking.

Our services

We provide in home and remote tech support for individuals and households. This includes help with computers, laptops, phones, tablets, wifi, printers, smart TVs, email, online accounts, and related technology.

We will always do our best to resolve your issue, but we cannot guarantee that every problem can be fixed. If we are unable to help, we will tell you as soon as possible.

Bookings and appointments

Appointments can be arranged by phone, email, or WhatsApp. We will confirm a date and time with you directly. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.

We aim to arrive within the agreed time window. If we are running late, we will contact you.

Pricing and payment

Our pricing is discussed and agreed before any work begins. We will never carry out chargeable work without your prior approval.

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and bank transfer.

Your equipment and data

We take great care when working with your devices. However, we strongly recommend that you back up any important files, photos, or documents before we begin any work. We cannot be held responsible for data loss that occurs during or after a repair.

We will only access your device with your knowledge and permission, and only for the purpose of carrying out the agreed work.

Liability

We carry public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect losses, including loss of data, loss of income, or consequential damage.

We are not responsible for faults or failures caused by third party software, hardware defects, or issues outside our control.

Warranty

If the same issue recurs within 14 days of our visit and is directly related to the work we carried out, we will return to investigate at no extra charge.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date at the top.
